Our own bottling of Whisky comes from Swedish masters Mackmyra
This in an elegant recipe whisky matured in an ex Oloroso cask for 8 Years and 8 Months in Mackmyras Forest warehouse.
A total of 48 bottles have been produced and each bottle is numbered.
Ex Oloroso
The Oloroso cask is made from American oak, saturated with Oloroso Sherry which gives notes of Raisin, dried fruit, dark chocolate and grapes.
The characterisics of the cask make for a sweet, round and mellow flavour and a beautiful red colour to the whisky.
