Jules Chauvet, great winegrower and scientist from the Beaujolais was driven by a strong conviction. Father of the natural wine movement, he used to explain : "Ideally, one shouldn't use sulfites, but would therefore have to be certain of the quality of its harvest and of himself".
Talented winemaker, Maison Jean Loron delivers this terroir driven wine that has fermented naturally, without added sulfites, from harvest till the final bottling. Handharvest, destemmed grapes and a long maceration. An extreme extraction of tannins allowing a better protection of the wine. The result is a lively wine, with unspoilt and authentic fruit aromas.
