Made exclusively with first-press wine, Follea is a blend of various terroirs from the Côte des Bar representing 80% of the cuvée and 20% of reserve wine from 3 previous vintages. It goes through fermentation and malolactic fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel vats at 16°C and is aged for around 18 months on the lees.

Tasting notes

A beautiful fresh nose of medium intensity with aromas of nectarine, lime, acacia and apricot. This is complemented by toasted bread notes & delicate creaminess on the palate.
