Working closely with local businesses means Starward can ensure they are working with the highest quality produce.

Once sourcing the ingredients, Starward begin maturing it in red wine barrels sourced from nearby wineries. This minimal intervention, combined with the inconsistency of the Melbourne weather creates a fruity delicious flavour in only 3 years.
