First vintage of this blend from Santiago Mayorga. 30% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Chardonnay, 20% Semillon and 20% Viognier all from high altitude Uco Valley vineyards. After fermentation in stainlesssteel tank, the wine was left of fine lees for 5 months before bottling.
An aromatic wine that leaps out of the glass bursting with an exotic mix of white jasmine, passionfruit, papaya and pink grapefruit. It’s crisp with fresh and racy acidity with fabulous texture. The palate is full of ripe, citrus and tropical fruits making this a wine which you just want to drink!
Fabulous with freshly shucked oysters, crab, lobster and all things fishy!
