Produced from a single parcel of land the Cuvee 'La Rue des Noyers' owes its unusual name to a former plantation of Walnut Trees. The Vineyards are cultivated according to the Lunar calendar and respect towards nature.
Made from 100% Pinot Meunier, fermented and aged 11 months on its lees in 228Ltr Barrels before bottling.
This unfiltered Cuvee may have a slight, natural deposit.
