Made mainly with Grenache Blanc and a splash of Macabeu, this wine is lightly aromatic with ripe conference pears, citrus and zesty lemon peel notes with a creamy, textural finish and satisfying mouthfeel.

Food match

With a high proportion of Grenache Blanc in the blend this wine can be paired with richly spiced dishes which don't have too much heat. Experiment with chicken satay made with deep roasted peanuts or a Moroccan tagine.
