Tasting
View : : Very beautiful and persevering colour of fuchsia transformed by its fine bubbles.
Nose : Nice freshness blended with some subtle and gourmand notes of red and black fruits.
Mouth : A lively and rich mouthful, dominated by flavours of strawberry and cherry jam. The mousse is very fine and persistent.
Wine pairing
As an aperitif or to match with duck or poultry with the cream.
With carefully selected desserts such as a charlotte avec coulis de fruits rouges or as the perfect night-cap after an evening at the theatre.
