Production
Produced from the red Espadeiro grape which is cultivated here in Vinho Verde (also found in Galicia, northern Spain). The must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel.
Tasting notes
Fresh, citrus aromas with notes of strawberry. The palate has delicate red berry and redcurrant fruit, and a soft and appealing finish.
Food match
Perfect with simple pasta dishes, salads and white meats.
