Bischöfliche DOM Riesling Off-Dry 2017
Grapes are grown in the steep, slatey soils of the Mosel, Saar and Ruwer. After careful picking and selection, the grapes are fermented in 1000L oak Fuder and stainless steel tanks - blended later to add complexity. The wine rests on its fine lees for a few months before bottling.
Attractive floral and citrus notes on the nose. The palate is elegant with pure, bright fruit in an off-dry style, creating the perfect balance between ripe fruit and acidity.
Grilled and smoked fish, or pork dishes.
